I bought a Canon SX50 the other day as a walk around camera for when I don't feel like carrying my bigger cameras. This was my first shot with it.

Charlie's nine day old calf greeted us as we stepped out the door this morning to go for our walk
I think this was a Hawthorne Tree

I felt some eyes upon me while walking this morning

We bought a new mattress the other day and when Aileen moved the bedding out to the dinette so we could remove the old mattress while waiting for the new one, Sophie decided to follow the bedding

I am so happy with the SX50 I picked up for our Alaska trip last year, that I gave away my whole SLR outfit:)
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I'll go that far but so far I am quite pleased with my results although I find it a lot different from my big SLRs. So far I have deleted quite a number of fuzzygraphs. I nearly always nail both the exposure and focus with the SLRs. I'm finding it a lot more complex than either SLR and so much is buried in the menus. I printed off several pages from the cd to help me get a handle on things.
