We saw some Ross' Geese that spent a few hours resting on Vaseux Lake before continuing their journey south. This afternoon I saw a flock of pelicans on their way south and the highway has lots of RVs heading for the sunny southwest. I tried putting my thumb out but none would stop.We both had eye exams today and other than a small prescription change, everything checked out well.

Looking down alongside the trail.
A nice pair of mallards.

Oregon Junco, he was getting the centre out of that grass.

While in Penticton the other day, we stopped on a side street for a few minutes and this cat jumped up on the hood.
Up close and personal.
Looks like that Cat is wondering why you haven't headed south yet. He knows Snowbirds when he sees them.
