It was very foggy to start this morning but it was starting to clear when I went for my walk up the river trail. This eagle was just across the river from the trail and I took a bunch of shots on the way up but they were a bit soft because of the fog between us. He was still there on the way back and the fog had dissipated more plus the light was brighter. When I looked back from as far down the trail as I could see back to him, he was still there. I found that surprising since my experience the past few days had been that they were very skittish. I took these photos from different vantage points to vary the background.
