Well, we are into much milder weather and for a change, very little wind. For the next ten days our highs range from 2-4C (that's above freezing for US readers) and -2C for a couple of nights with several nights remaining above freezing. That will make a mess of the snow. It was a hard slog up the trail tonight with the snow getting water laden and slippery.
