This was taken on our May 31st ride. If you look about 3/4 of the way through the photo, there is a powerline at the crest of a hill. The next photo is taken from there looking this way.
The previous photo was taken from the top of the meadow in the centre of the photo.
Lots of lichen in this area. I thought this looks like a llama or something similar.

We got to watch this Muskrat voraciously hoovering his lunch.
He used his hands extensively as he ate.
As we were heading home in the car we spotted a bear. The bear went in to a thicket and this deer bolted out the other side. Now she's looking back to see if there is still danger. She thought so and took off at a run, over the fence, across the road and over another fence before disappearing in the trees.
