By his colouring, I would estimate him to be about 1 1/2 years old.

I GOT AN EAGLE ALERT!
While we were out walking elsewhere we got a message from one of our neighbours that there was an eagle across from their house. When we got home later, I walked down with my camera and found the juvenile eagle well hidden in some trees along the river. I had to work pretty hard to get even these peek a boo images. Then yesterday morning early I went up to Vaseux Lake hoping for some reflection photos but the lake surface was rippled so I played with a few swans that came in. The main group of swans seemed to have moved on now.
