BACK TO OUR REGULAR PROGRAMMING AFTER THE ICE PHOTOS.

Most of today's images were taken on Monday when I took my photo to the Peachland Art Gallery.  I hoped the Mountain Goats would be on the cliffs north of Summerland and some were.  As I was coming down the hill in Okanagan Falls on the way home, I noticed six Trumpeter Swans along the lakeshore.  It was a family with two parents and four young.

That's a cactus hanging on the young ram's chin.

Mountain Goat.

Adult Trumpeter Swans.

The juvenile Trumpeter Swans are greyish brown.

Some of the mosses came alive with the bit of rain we had.

These moss flowers were gone when I came back a couple of days later.  They have such a brief time of glory.
