TAKING A BREAK FROM NATURE IMAGES HERE'S SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

This past Monday Aileen and I joined some camera club members and visited the old vehicle junkyard that we visited last year in Cawston.  It was a fun way to spend the morning.

Even there I was able to get fall colour.

The place was a treasure trove of memorabilia.

Lots of old headlights hanging from the ceiling in this shed.

This was a happy accident.  I was trying to brighten up the car that was hidden in the shadow while darkening the background when I saw this happening.  I quickly changed my plan and decided to explore this result.

Some of the newer old cars.

Interesting rust patina.

Still a few flakes of paint left.

Plaque on the dash of a Morris car.

Hubcap on a Mercury Meteor car.
