BIGGER ROAD TRIP, FEWER PHOTOS

We went for a drive yesterday since it was a nice day.  Good thing because it snowed here today.  We wanted to go check out some new country for when the weather is warmer so we put a lot more miles on than usual.

The view of Osoyoos from the viewpoint on Hwy 3 heading east

These two images are where the snow ploughed up by the grader was melting.  Is this image a cat or is it a human leaning forward?

Captured the sun in this one

I liked the sky contrasting with the pine tree

I was trying to capture the snow sparkles

These basalt cliffs were made much more visible by a major forest fire recently.  They are just north of Rock Creek, BC.

Back to the Okanagan River, these three images show the melting and revealing of the inner structure.

Almost gone

And this was how I spent some of my time the past week or so.  1000 pieces 24x30 inches it is a Vincent van Gogh montage.
