SNOW IN THE ARIZONA DESERT!

Aileen and I went down toward Tucson this morning looking for a few geocaches.  There was a bitterly cold wind blowing down there coming off the new snow on Mt Lemmon and the Catalina Mtns.  After finishing the string of caches we went a little further down to Oro Valley and had a nice lunch at In and Out Burger.    Planning to look for a few more caches on the way home we were pretty surprised to run into a raging snow storm.  Within minutes the highway was covered and the windshield wipers were blocking up with sticky snow.  By the time we dropped back down to about 2,600 feet elevation the snow quit.  After supper tonight the stormy skies put on a bit of a show here at our parking spot along 96 Ranch Road.
