AERIAL PHENOMENA.

The theme for this post is interesting things I have recently encountered in the sky.  And they aren't all birds.   I got behind in my posting because I ran low on my allowable data.  I must do something about that.

We have enjoyed the last full moon and several evenings we walked under its glow not needing the headlamp.   We have had some very nice sunrises and sunsets so I have lots of those photos.  I'll try to minimize your exposure to them.   We had another good day of geocaching including getting some Harris Hawks in flight.

We went to the ATV club potluck last night and there was a pretty good turnout.  I think I knew about a quarter of the people there and got to visit some old friends a bit.

I was out walking and noticed this cloud forming then I spotted the plane approaching.  It was a bonus when he flew right past the main part of the cloud and he appears to be the eye of the critter.

Minutes later this sun dog was lighting up the sky.
