I know you...I am so sorry to hear of your illness. I know you don't know me, but I will pray for you and your family. No matter what happens, I ask the Lord to bring you and your family peace. May you find a way to enjoy every moment of every day with the ones closest to your heart. May you look at every new day as a gift, for that is what life is after all. Actually, it is the people in our lives that make it a gift. Life is an adventure, and sometimes our adventure is exciting and fun; other times we come to a place where we have to struggle and climb to reach the peak.

I am still young, and figuring this out for myself. Life is not at all what I had imagined as a child, but there is so much out there to experience.

May you experience it to the fullest! :)
DarlaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1692338136537396993.post-58799326223292435232011-01-06T23:33:01.434-08:002011-01-06T23:33:01.434-08:00Thinking of you! We could write a book! We are not impressed with them at all, at all!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1692338136537396993.post-82799438506171039502011-01-06T19:22:11.900-08:002011-01-06T19:22:11.900-08:00Thanks for this, Sandra -- he is indeed from Canad...Thanks for this, Sandra -- he is indeed from Canada (BC), so this is useful information.

Nice to see you posting again, Dad!Richardnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1692338136537396993.post-57764373672822323182011-01-06T19:16:31.469-08:002011-01-06T19:16:31.469-08:00My husband contracted Valley Fever pneumonia while...My husband contracted Valley Fever pneumonia while in Arizona in the spring of 2008. He was very sick but luckily we went to a hospital in Tucson. I had only recently heard of Valley Fever from a lady whose dog had contracted it and we insisted he be tested immediately as he had all the symptoms. The doctor agreed, the test came back positive in about 2 days, he was put on an antifungal drug immediately and started feeling better. It's been along haul. We live in Canada and the antifungal drug up here was over $750/month compared to $40/month in the U.S. He took it for 6 months.

He has now recovered as much as he ever will. He has scar tissue in his lung that will never go away.

I wish you luck. I'm not sure where you're from but if it's from Canada, be sure to get under the care of an infectious disease specialist.A couple of newer paintings 2019https://www.blogger.com/profile/10028346910491622624noreply@blogger.com
